Sunday morning started earlier at 4:30 a.m. then to the Charlotte airport. Flight left on time at 7:55 a.m. I had a window seat and was so excited! Flight was 41/2 hours and very smooth. Scenery was breathtaking. Arrived on time at 9:30 a.m. (12:30 pm Eastern time). We were met by one of our hosts, Larry and then a beautiful drive to their home. We visited with Larry and Rose for awhile then I took a nap.

We headed to dinner at The Pub. Food was delicious. Then headed to Downtown Vega$!! Larry had gotten us tickets to a comedy show at Excalibur. Louie Anderson was very entertaining. A good time was had by all.

By the time the show was over, darkness had fallen. The night lights of downtown Vega$ were amazing and breathtaking. Almost suffering whiplash from turning my head right and left. HaHa! I am like a kid at Christmas. On the way home, we started seeing fireworks. From their upstairs balcony you can see the lights of downtown Vega$. We finished watching fireworks from there.

Finally time for bed. With a three-hour time change it was a long day.
